QUICKSURFACE

QUICKSURFACE is a user-friendly, powerful reverse engineering software specifically developed to convert 3D scan data into editable CAD models.

Thanks to a combination of automatic and manual surfacing tools, support for both parametric and freeform surfaces, and an intuitive interface, engineers are typically up and running within a few days. QuickSurface exports to industry-standard STEP, IGES, and Parasolid formats, ready for use in SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, Solid Edge, Creo, and other CAD/CAM packages.

QuickSurface is available in several versions, including one with direct integration into SOLIDWORKS.

Geomagic Design X

Geomagic Design X is a highly comprehensive reverse engineering software that combines history-based CAD with advanced 3D scan data processing. The software offers both automatic and guided extraction of geometric features directly from mesh data, along with various surface-fitting tools for organic shapes.

Thanks to LiveTransfer technology, you can transfer a complete feature tree with design history directly to your CAD environment, including SOLIDWORKS, Siemens NX, Solid Edge, Autodesk Inventor, and PTC Creo. The result is a model that looks as if you designed it from scratch in CAD.

Geomagic Design X is available in different versions depending on your specific needs.

Training & Support

Because we use QuickSurface and Geomagic Design X ourselves on a daily basis for our reverse engineering projects, we offer training courses that go beyond theory. We prefer to work on actual parts provided by the participants themselves, so you can immediately learn to tackle your own challenges.

Our training approach:

Location: Preferably at our office, but we can also come to your location if desired
Format: Full day, maximum of 4 participants per session
Approach: Hands-on, practical, tailored to your specific needs
Experience: Led by experts who use the software on a daily basis across a wide range of industries
