A section <\/strong>through the scan and the nominal CAD model can mimic certain view from the technical drawing, making it easy to see the exact differences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The visualisation <\/strong>of certain GDT checks<\/strong>, like flatness and profile tolerances, clarify where the reported values are coming from so that you can take the appropriate actions to tune your process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We always provide you with a viewer file of the free Gom Inspect program because we want to make sure that you go the extra step in terms of quality inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will be able to have a look at the views that we have prepared for you in 3D and really dive into your product to improve your process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We make sure that all the necessary dimensions of your technical drawing are measured and reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We also make it really easy to keep the overview on several 100 dimensions by numbering all of them and using these numbers consistently throughout the complete project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A spreadsheet report covers all the measured dimensions. It combines measurements from multiple cavities and or multiple trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s a perfect tool for communicating certain actions on specific dimensions with your client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
